"My wife and I were traveling to a softball game in Agawam,an getting off the Interstate 91 she had a shifting problem, while talking to a stranger at the ballgame, he made some phone call to his fellow Fire Fighters, this firefighter recomended your Dealership, I rode to your dealership,to have your Service Dept. look at her Bike, because I was from out-of state ( ny ) the Service Dept made an exception, to help us out, after taking the bike out on a test ride, the mechanic,found the bike to be good running order.
